Calling all visionary women in business!  Elevate your professional journey at Women on the Move – a dynamic luncheon event hosted by the Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce. Join us on the 3rd Tuesday from 11:30 to 1:00 pm (Sept-May) at member restaurants across our community.

About: Join local small business owner and creative educator Lisa Skultety for a thoughtful hands on experience exploring creativity in real life. Drawing on research based insights from learning science, motivation, and workplace creativity, Lisa shares practical ways to reconnect with creative thinking even in busy seasons of work and family life.

Throughout the session, participants will create a small succulent terrarium, with each layer representing an idea from the talk about reflection, boundaries, resilience, and growth. No artistic experience is needed. The focus is on slowing down, learning something new, and leaving with both a meaningful handmade piece and simple strategies that support creativity, focus, and connection in everyday life.
