Pet Parade & Party Benefiting Animal House Shelter

We are on a mission to get more people from the Algonquin area and surrounding communities to come visit Historic Downtown Algonquin to check out what is being built and the fantastic new shops that are open.. Besides that we want to raise awareness for shelter animals and the fantastic things that Animal House Shelter does, and give pet friendly vendors an opportunity to show off their products and services.

What does a Vendor booth cost and when do we set up? 
A $15 donation to Animal House Shelter Huntley is all it costs. You must provide your own 6-foot table and chairs. The event will be held outside. The set up is between 11:30 – 12:00. The Parade is from 12:00pm – 1:00pm, with the event immediately after. , from 1:00pm – 5:00pm.

How can the Community participate in the Parade? 
Line up will begin at Towne Park starting at 11:00am – 11:30am. Kick off is at 12:00pm. The parade route will head down Washington St. from Towne Park turning left on Main Street and end in front of Bullseye Pub / Doerner Jewlery. Exit along the alley way next to Bullseye Pub. We encourage the participants to dress your pets in their parade best, prizes will be given! There is no entry fee to participate in the parade.
