Art on the Fox will return to Main Street in Old Town Algonquin on Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Hosted by the Village of Algonquin and produced by Amdur Productions, this free-entry festival will feature 75 artists, live music, interactive art experiences and activities for all ages. Festivalgoers can browse and purchase original artwork, meet the artists, participate in live painting classes, and enjoy face painting, henna tattoos and giant bubbles. Younger attendees can also visit the Kids Art Zone for art fest bingo, spin art, sand sculpture, coloring, drawing, games and other creative activities. “Art on the Fox is a wonderful opportunity to bring the community together while showcasing the work of talented artists,” said Village President Debby Sosine. “We invite everyone to spend the weekend enjoying the art, activities and all that Old Town Algonquin has to offer.” Convenient parking is available near the festival, which is accessible and easy to explore on foot. Visitors can also grab a bite or enjoy a beverage at one of Old Town Algonquin’s restaurants and pubs. Learn more at https://amdurproductions.com/art-on-the-fox/.
