Lou Malnati’s, the famous Chicago Pizzeria, will host its 52nd annual Cancer Research Benefit on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Matrix Club in Naperville, IL. All proceeds from the event will go toward brain tumor research at the Lou and Jean Malnati Brain Tumor Institute at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and cancer support programs at Gilda’s Club Chicago and Pickles Group.

  • Benefit Event: Head to LMCB.org for a variety of options on how to donate, including buying tickets to the event or purchasing a Raffle Ticket. Winners do not need to be present to win the drawing which will take place at the event on September 28. The grand prize is $10,000 total!
Lou Malnati’s is proud to have raised more than $2 million in the last five years alone, which has helped lead to great strides in cancer research in that time. The Northwestern Memorial Hospital is currently taking care of more brain cancer patients than ever before and is the busiest program, as measured by surgical volume, in the region. Each year they collaborate with Lurie’s Children’s Hospital to help initiate new pediatric brain tumor research as well. “I’m proud of what we’ve been able to help do in the fight against cancer over the past 52 years,” Owner Marc Malnati said. “The progress made in the last five years alone is particularly encouraging as we aim to make this terrible disease a thing of the past. This benefit continues to honor my parents, Lou and Jean, and the tradition of generosity they established back in 1971. We are grateful for the outpouring of support we receive each year. Together, we will never stop fighting!”

Guests can order desserts in the pizzeria or online at loumalnatis.com or visit LMCB.org to donate and help make this the biggest year yet! For more information on the history of this benefit, please visit Lou Malnati’s Cancer Benefit.
