Job Description: We are seeking skilled and reliable painters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in residential and/or commercial painting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-notch results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a painter or in a related field.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
