Job Description
Weyers/McKeever Financial Partners is looking for a Marketing and Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will help implement the firm's business development, marketing and branding strategies.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the firm's leadership team to analyze market segments within which the firm and our advisors has/can develop a strong presence.
  • Assist the firm's leadership team with the execution of marketing plans and projects.
  • Coordinate a calendar of marketing events.
  • Work with our leadership team on target market development and client cultivation programs.
  • Work with the team on the implementation of the firm's PR/image building initiatives, including press releases, social media, graphic design, and client events. 
  • Maintain the firm's Social Media activities in-line with compliance requirements.
  • Track results and report progress on firm's marketing initiatives at stated intervals.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years in a marketing capacity with emphasis on strategic project management, marketing planning and results execution.
  • Ability to present in an articulate, professional manner internally and externally in the firm.
  • Excellent verbal,written and interpersonal communications skills for interaction with internal and external representatives.
  • Demonstrated succes in managing multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with a highly-motivated team.
  • Team player who is self-motivated with a strong work ethic, has superior time management skills, and is detail-orientated, analytical, and creative.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Salary: Dependent on experience.

This is a part time postition. Fingerprinting and a backgrouond check are required.
